The rye at the Berlin Wall Memorial is growing, together with its offspring in the partner countries of the PeaceBread project. Soon it will be harvested, sent to Berlin and the joint PeaceBread 2021 can be baked.
After a Corona-related break last year, nothing stands in the way of the 7th “Peace and Agriculture” Annual Conference on September 7, 2021 in digital format.

The non-profit association PeaceBread based in Berlin was created according to its statutes to
highlight and make a contribution to the reciprocal connection between peace keeping in Europe and the world and sustainable agriculture,
contribute to the commemoration of the fall of the Berlin Wall and the Iron Curtain in Europe in 1989 and to refer to the new possibilities that were created by universal peace in Europe,
include partners from countries that joined the European Union after 1989 or have a membership prospect and therefore promote peace and the understanding between nations.
The members and the managing office of the Association PeaceBread are doing this on a honorary basis. The association acts independently in matters of organization and content
